Our core activities


The core business of 4Energy Invest is to valorise flows of various kinds. These flows currently mainly consists of non-contaminated wood biomass, wood residues, shavings, barks ... which are at their end-of-life in the forestry sector, into energy, either directly through cogeneration to generate heat and green energy, or indirectly to produce renewable solid fuels such as dried wood chips and white wood pellets.

4Energy Invest and its subsidiaries currently benefit from the following installations:
-) Amel I cogeneration project ("Amel I"): in operation since 2007 (operated within Renogen);
-) Amel II cogeneration project ("Amel II"): in operation since 2008 (operated within Renogen);
-) Ham cogeneration project ('Ham'): in operation since 2011 (operated within 4HamCogen).

Furthermore, Renogen possesses also a plant for the production of solid fuels such as white wood pellets and dried wood chips (Amel III ')
